INTRO: Pharagods Rug Pull by Mahmoud Attiya

PharaGods is a project composed of 3 NFT Collections hand crafted by Matt Millard in collaboration with David Masson. It will be the first Ancient Museum in the Metaverse, combined with an educational Role. You will learn about the ancient Egyptian gods and pharaohs, and have to fight them in unique dungeons themed on real historic sites. There will be implementation of Mythical flying dragons, P2E minigames, RPG dungeons, PVP arena. Other activities and development will be PVP tournaments, onboard other NFT collections, bring in new players, bring in other communities, sell real estate, enable farming etc...

Pharagods Founder Mahmoud Attiya

The first collection, the Pharagods were minted on May, 9th for 0,14 ETH each. They very quick sold out and the collection contained 2000 NFT

There had been a lot of promotion for the project on several social media, such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

The Discord of the project exploded to up 120.000+ members and there was a lot of engagement between members and founders

Four days later they planned a new minting: The Pharagoddess

The Pharagodesses were minted on the 18th of May and it was also a succes: They sold out in a few hours...3600 NFTs....

BUT, it took nearly 2 MONTHS for the reveal....

A first red Flag....the mint of the Goddess was not in the original roadmap. Founders must have been inspired by the quick sales of the Pharagods....

Soon after the reveal of the Goddesses, the team planned another minting:
"The Mythicals". These creatures would have the power to fly in the metaverse

Finally, at the beginning of July, we had the launch of the Metaverse - Museum. The metaverse was build on the NFTWorld platform that was to play on the Minecraft platform.

But mid-July, Microsoft banned all NFT-driven games from the minecraft platform. At that moment NFTWorlds decided to develop their own Minecraft-like platform, which is still in progress now.

Because of the NFT-ban the Pharagod project needed a reevaluation...should they go for a new collaboration or just stay with NFTWorlds and wait untill the development of the new platform. It became the latter.

The total collapse of Discord & Floor price

Soon after the Microsoft communication on the NFT-ban in Minecraft, the Pharagod Discord was litteraly abandoned by their founders. Mods and the Discord Manager were fired...Founder made one announcement on the nft ban and then disappeared for weeks....

Lot's of members were asking for Mahmoud Attiya in July and in August. One mod, "SweetyDark" - coincidently, the brother of the founder, replied all the time that even founders had rights to go on vacation...in the middle of the crisis....

In the meantime, some holders did some investigations and found out that Mahmoud Attiya was celebreting his wedding in Dubai...without any concern about the project which brought him near to 2 million USD

Is Pharagods NFT a Rug Pull ?

We have some Red Flags from the start here:

* They minted 3 collections in 6 weeks and made a 6 figures income
* They manipulated the number of Discord members to +100.000
* They made a promise of paying out 70% of the royalties to holders which is too good to be true
* we discovered a jumble of wallets and multiple transfers
* None of the collections was minted out fully and they burned NFTs
* The team swept the floor directly after the mint, to raise FP
* we googled Mahmoud Attiya but we found nothing...
* All newmembers on Discord got message to close DM (for the safety), so members could not chat in private...

What is the actual situation
24th october 2022

Since 2 months there is hardly activity in the discord. Lots of holders are screaming for an AMA, but founder - Mahmoud Attiya -just post every 6 weeks the same: "we are on hold to spare some money for the future plans when NFTWorlds release the new platform". But in the meantime, he didn´t finish the metaverse. This resulted in only 5 God sales past 14 days with a floor prices far below mint price.

As if enough wasn't enough, the team still planned the mint of a coin and is already being promoted to buy it as a holder at 20 % of the launch price.

To realize this they put up a vote in the discord which turned into favor of the Yes...with only 120 votes..
One can wonder why we have only 120 votes while we have 845 owners....

The days after this voting we had some discussion with a few holders and some people suggested that the voting was manipulated since so few people were engaged in the discussion

That was some 3 weeks ago and since then some people communicated their doubts about the project and lot of them got suspended from the server...

In the meantime in Bali....Mahmoud Attiya spends months on vacation

Some Holders asked advise to Rugpull Finder to shine their light over the Pharagods NFT project and this is their report:

Team: Social media information shared on the website is just for IG accounts.
Attiya and Mazen. Founders. Private accounts. No relation with any twitter account or any other social media.
Erik Mayer. Position: Advisor. 4 posts only, last one made in March 22, 2020 and no more information about any other social media account.
Juanomada. DOXXED Position: Project manager linktr.ee/juanomada with link to Project OS and linkedin profile.
Rohaan. Position: Marketing director. Twitter: @nftnerd_ with no interactions since Aug and no info related to the Project.
Eri Georgiev Position: Head of Paid social. User not found on IG and no more info on the website.

RoadMap: 100% Royalty for holders: 70% of all secondary sales. 20% Voting/suggestions and secret server for holders. 40% Ancient Museum in Metaverse (Decentraland land) with fractional ownerships. 60% Due to Minecraft ban, waiting for NFT-WORLD to release platform to continue building on it. 80% Coming P2E minigames, RPG dungeons, PVP arena. Sell real state, enable farming. 100% Donation to Feed the Children organization: 5% of all secondary sales.
Art: Really professional 3D designs in all the 3 collections, both artists have good experience and it has a lot of clean and interesting details bringing realism to the illustrations. Zooming in 200% it seems pixelated.
Socials: IG account: @pharagods 43 posts (Feb 2022 - July 2022) 5,5k followers Good/bad comments on last posts. Some users affirm they are scammers and the team is related to other rugged projects. Interactions less than 8% with a max of 417 likes in one post..

We let also shine our light on the other members of the Pharagods team, Mazen (co-founder), Rohaan (Marketing Director), Juanomada (Project Manager), Eri Georgiv (Headof paid social), Erik Mayer (advisor)

These are a bunch of young people, totally not qualified to manage a business, worth 2 Million+ and besides Pharagods they run themselves a lot of shady companies related to web3 promotion. They spent must of their time in Bali, Dubai, just enjoying life without concern about their customers. They don´t have a fixed adress and are difficult to trace or to contact. They are so called Businessman also founders or committed in other dubious activities and rugged projects such as Dobbys, PokeXverse and Pangea. A large group of social media influencers sitting in Bali creating NFTs and using bots to fill discord and fake followers for Twitter to make it look like their projects are bigger than they are. Then they drop it and move onto the next one.

So we made a compilation how this "dream team" is to find on the net ....after deep research we understood..

And, we found all their wallets around the Pharagods treasure wallet...

And recently (december 2022) Mahmoud Attiya removed himself and the whole team from the website www.pharagods.io
